I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Hair Plus Body Products (HPBP) you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 15 days of purchase (Returns must be unused, unopened (no broken seals), in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). Merchandise returned without the mentioned above or damaged may not qualify for a refund.
- The easiest way for you to return the merchandise is to get a prepaid label by sending and email to support@hairplusbodyproducts.com
- I received my return label and misplaced it. How can I retrieve it again?
- Please email HPBP at support@hairplusbodyproducts.com and enter Lost Return Label in the subject line of your email for assistance from a Support team member.
- For the clear majority of returns, takes about 3-5 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
- Hair Plus Body Products (HPBP) is very sorry that your gift did not work for you. We only refund / exchange gifted items with proof of purchase. We do not refund cash value for any items.
- No, at this time we do not ship internationally. We only ship within the United States to areas that accept standard shipping.
Are there Hair Plus Body Products gift certificates and/or gift cards?
